Look ABS, Inc. is an Arizona Alternative Business Structure authorized to provide legal services through licensed attorneys and business consulting services through its professionals. Together, they are referred to here as “Look.”
1. No Attorney-Client Relationship Without an Engagement
Contacting Look, submitting information through this website, or speaking with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when Look agrees in writing to provide legal services to you.
Until then, information you send to Look may not be protected by attorney-client privilege or treated as confidential legal communication. Please do not send sensitive or privileged information unless and until we have confirmed an engagement.
2. Legal Services and Business Consulting
Some Look services are legal services. Others are business consulting services. Business consulting is not legal advice unless Look expressly agrees in writing to provide legal services for that matter.
When Look provides legal services, those services are provided by licensed attorneys through the appropriate Look entity. When Look provides business consulting services, those services are advisory in nature and do not create an attorney-client relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
The Look entity responsible for your matter will be identified in the applicable engagement agreement.
